The mutation in Avalon City
Shortly after the establishment of the New Kingdom of Ailin and Albion, the two kings handled state affairs in Avalon. One day, Aron wakes up to find the room overrun by strange vines, and the anomaly spreads throughout the castle; The story unfolds with a sudden change during peacetime.
EP and substitution
Except for Aaron, other characters cannot remain on the battlefield indefinitely, and their EP decreases at the start of their turn. After dropping to zero, his abilities drop significantly, and he must use substitution commands to have an off-court teammate take over. Alternate characters recover EP, and on lower difficulties, they can gradually restore HP and MP, so rotation itself is resource management.
Traps and magic circles
Invisible traps can affect both sides; stepping on them interrupts movement and restricts your actions and counterattacks for that turn. The map also has three types of magic circles: recovery, weakening, and defense, with effects applicable to both enemies and allies; Large units covering multiple magic circles may also suffer multiple effects simultaneously.
Weapon synthesis
The weapon shop in Avalon City allows you to combine equipment with materials. Materials come from battle rewards and chests; battle ratings affect the quality of rewards. After weapons are upgraded to their limits, they can continue to transform into other types of equipment. Some weapons branch by material, forming growth lines that parallel troop training.
Version
The original was released on September 17, 2009, for PS3, and the budget AQUAPRICE version was launched on October 27, 2011. This work is set in Avalon after 'Land of the Crown of Flowers,' and is organized separately from the original PC version of the series and 'Descendants of the Overlord.'
EP is consumed in stages
According to the official website, a player's EP decreases by one at the start of each friendly phase, and after dropping to zero, their abilities drop significantly; Aaron is not restricted by this stay.
Maximum amount of material for synthesis
You can use up to three materials per synthesis, with a maximum of nine of each. The enhanced weapon name is labeled with "+Value"; Different weapons have different enhancement caps; after reaching this limit, you must continue to synthesize them to become another weapon.
Whether the trap disappeared
Besides intercepting movement, immobilizing or counterattacking for that turn, traps are divided into two types: those that disappear after one trigger and can be triggered repeatedly.
Three-colored magic array
The green magic circle restores health each turn, the red magic circle increases damage taken, and the blue magic circle reduces damage taken. When large enemies cover multiple magic circles simultaneously, all effects stack.
