The seal determines society
The World People's Federation grants different levels of agency seals to citizens under the P3 Law. Junior high school graduates who do not obtain a seal are considered incapable. Having suffered from chronic illness and academic setbacks, Ale has very low government ability and applies for government co-housing assistance to escape the situation.
The three-person project
She lives with Koiro, who is taciturn but skilled in fighting, and Arara, who aims to overthrow the world rulers. The three must coordinate their ideas within a deadline and answer philosophical questions about the ideal life, or they will be expelled from their residence. Arue hopes to become a government employee, but her love for comics continues to influence her life.
Inside and outside the address
The holographic interface Holo offers advice to three people from a machine called Soul Dispenser. Neighbor Kokoro often acts alone, cherishing a small glass marble. Elite students Froit and Yung present life within this social system from another perspective.
Character performances
Produced by Studio Beast, with English distribution handled by Fruitbat Factory. The three main characters are voiced by Takeda Eruru, Inukai Ao, and Ohyama Chiroru, with their dialogues forming the main focus of comedy and self-exploration.
