Summer on Bidao

In recent years, Bidao has undergone urban development, with the coastal resort area adjacent to city streets. Akito attends Hikiri Academy, surrounded by childhood friends who go to school, friends who prepare breakfast, and a junior who loves reading. In the commercial district, an unremarkable old torii gate leads to a vast sunflower field.

A transfer student and childhood sweetheart

As soon as Ako Yuzuki entered the classroom, she called out Akito's name and hugged him, surprising her classmates and friends. Her origins are also connected to the strange events in the story.

Honoka Takasaki is Akito's childhood friend and student council president, and her story interweaves student council work and school activities. Risa Himezono also cherishes their childhood friendship and enjoys taking care of others, but is easily troubled by her own thoughts. Book committee member Kusuku Kuzune is taciturn by nature, but only gradually opens up after getting close to Akito. Her story is also connected to a mysterious book.

The Nan sisters

Kusunoki is the older sister of Jiujūne, and she is also active in the official four-panel manga. In the pre-release character voting notes, the producers mentioned that Hibiki speaks bluntly, often bringing unexpected laughs. In the original version, Kukune is voiced by Suzune Kusunoki, and Hibiki is voiced by Sakura Takazuki.

Art, script, and sound

Mitha was responsible for key animation and character design, Sai Hazuki handled the planning and composition, and she also participated in the script alongside Ikeda Conto, Yuichi Juta, and Shuno; Seiji Yoshida draws the background. The soundtrack is credited to TGZ SOUNDs and Angel Note. The opening song "Promise" was performed by Rita, with lyrics by Marika and music by Tsubasa Shiranui.

Issuance of ancillary items

The original was a Windows game aimed at adult players, with voice acting for characters other than the protagonist. The first edition bonus is the setting materials book "Hoshiiro Materal," with a reservation bonus including a guest illustration collection and a tarot-style ArcaneCARD in the packaging.
