The purpose of the facility
After the war, the population declined and the birth rate kept falling. Schools and living quarters were established on the island under the pretext of protecting war orphans, and in reality, cloned humans were cultivated for research institutions to collect germ cells. Students grow up in the daily life they are shaped and do not know their own purpose.
DUNAMIS15・Xbox 360 Chapter 4: Loop and Rescue
By Chapter 4 of the Xbox 360 version, most people on the island have realized that two weeks are repeating. Qisheng was previously killed, but woke up in his room on September 1st on the island and then tried to rescue the clones.
