Domestic and international recording and two types of post-processing
Kenichi Arimura, reflecting on the overseas production of this album, explained that the team had arranged for Simon Rhodes to handle the string recording for Abbey Road. Before and after string recording, Suara's vocals and guitar are recorded live in Japan, and after all recordings are completed, mixing begins.
David Boucher first prepares the mixing at his own workplace, then completes the final work at his designated Hollywood EastWest Studio 2. The drum sounds arranged in sequence were reampilized and recorded on site, and vocal reverberation was handled in the studio's echo room.
The three rearranged tracks marked "2016" were all intended for game use, with producers setting requirements based on the visual imagery of each scene.
The mixing and mastering of "Eternal 2016" and "Dream Song 2016" were completed in Japan by Masashi Hashimoto, aiming to match the sound of overseas projects. After participating in overseas live performances, he analyzed David Boucher's work data and referred to Bob Ludwig's memories of on-site work to organize the sounds of these two songs.
