"There is No GreenDam" is a free short visual novel produced by the Greendam 136 Engineering Team. A college freshman looking for a part-time job to cover living expenses ends up receiving a test job to live with the young girl Greendam. The work began with fan works by Green Dam Girl, and later released voice and high-definition versions.

The work of the testers
After multiple failed job searches, the male lead sends his resume to an ad recruiting testers. The actual work is not to fill out ordinary product feedback, but to receive a girl named Grindam and live with her. Originally, he only wanted to earn income, but his choice led him into a daily life where they had to adapt to each other.
Grindam
Grindam is a girl the protagonist meets after taking on a test job, continuing the fan-made character of Green Dam Girl. Their shared life forms the main story of the work. The character is voiced by Crescent Moon Bingbing, with character art and event CG credited as Nine Wangwang.
Production team
Miao Yaozi provides the original work, with Mengdian and Ranranran participating in the adaptation; Enthusiastic individuals and cute individuals serve as supervisors. The script is credited to enthusiastic individuals, project596, and Tianchen, with project596 and enthusiastic individuals participating in the performance. The music credits are Crab Crab, Cole-kun, and TAM Music Factory.
Release history
The first release of the records was on October 3, 2013, and the audio version was made public on June 11, 2014. The release on Steam on November 11, 2019, is a later platform release and does not mark the original date of the game's creation. On June 11, 2022, a high-definition remaster was released.
HD version versus old version
The HD version adds 1920×1080 resolution, Live2D, a new interface, and English support. Settings allow switching between dynamic and static portraits. The new version cannot directly read old save files; The update announcement retains the method for switching back to the old krkrr version.

The production team's itch.io page lists Tianzhu Xiaoyi as responsible for Live2D and English translation, while L Luo handles the interface; The Steam Staff List interface is signed as Sweet Dust.
