KLab is the first to appear in 'LoveLive!' One of the co-developers of 'School Idol Festival'.
School Idol Festival
The game centers on musical performances and character storylines, with Japanese and later English versions released.
From feature phone apps to gaming
KLab was founded in 2000 as a feature phone system and application development company and entered the mobile gaming market in 2009.
Cross-position proposals and iterative production
In a 2015 interview, Toshiaki Tanaka and Akiyoshi Iguchi said the team was not limited by position and proposed proposals; a development group of dozens of people prototyped together. Iguchi cites "BLEACH Brave Souls" as an example to illustrate that Ichigo Kurosaki's 3D model and actions were repeatedly reworked to showcase the character's charm.
At that time, the company arranged for employees to take turns serving as internal study session instructors, and creative discussions were held with developers.
