| Number | 1–13 and Joker |
Equipment constraints
Your PDA must not be left on your hand for three hours or more; if it is one meter or more from your body, it is considered to be off-hand; Leaving the venue or removing collars without permission can also trigger the rules. The eliminated person's PDA can no longer be used.
Joker
Jokers can disguise other numbers, so the apparent identity of the same number may not be unique. The release condition must be met by the holder themselves, and the PDA may also be equipped with special capabilities such as detection or jamming.
PSP official website: Joker's borrowing ability conditions
According to the official website, Joker not only disguises other numbers but can also use special features of other PDAs under certain conditions. The clearance requirements depend on the disguised number, so the same number seen by others may not necessarily represent the same actual identity.
