J. Sairo signed the screenplay for 'Sunflower Church and the Long Summer Vacation -extra vacation-'.
In 'Yunohana,' she is depicted as a female lead in a concentrated scene
J. Sairo explained in the PULLTOP anniversary review that Hideto Marutani appointed him as assistant screenwriter for "Yuhanna no Na." This project allowed him to focus for the first time on writing a story about a female lead, with Honami mainly in charge.
A literary selection reminiscent of 'Shirokuma Bellstars ♪.'
Looking back on writing 'Shirokuma Bellstars ♪,' J. Sairo said he intentionally addressed the characters' self-exploration positively. He tracks how characters perceive and want to see themselves, writing about the psychological process when the two come together or separate.
Switching writing after the work is completed
In the PULLTOP tenth anniversary review, J. Sairo explained that after finishing work, she usually temporarily distances herself from the female lead to avoid emotional changes from the previous work affecting her next writing. However, the 'Shirokuma Bellstars ♪' version of Namiyori Ririka still frequently comes to mind in the author's mind, and she continues to use them to develop plots.
