Two-part structure

The work combines the visual horror novels of characters from 'School De Kō De Scary Stories' with the adventures of characters from 'Narukami Academy Urban Legend Detective Agency.' The former focuses on reading seven ghost stories in order, while the latter includes choosing branches; The two parts cannot be summarized using the same reading structure.

The assembly of the Onikuku no Chapter

The story begins with a school newspaper project in June 1995. The old school building is about to be demolished, and the news club hopes to reorganize the campus's Seven Wonders. Shuichi Sakagami is asked by Hino to be an audience member. After six narrators gathered, the absence of the seventh person remains an unresolved mystery.

Seven stories of strange tales

The six narrators correspond to "The Endurance Club," "Teacher Marie," "The Melody of Tragedy," "How to Make the Right Figure," "Bento Old Lady," and "Shiritori Kozou," as well as Sakagami's corresponding "Onikuku no Chapter." None of these seven have option branches; According to the official store, the Shoji Arai arc is the same as the content included in the novel version of 'Apathy Gaku Scare 1995.'

Urban Legend Detective Agency

This section includes 'The Woman Who Brings Misfortune to the Hydrangea Garden.' Members come from the Mysticism Club of Narukami Academy, which operates an urban legend investigation website. Each club admits only one person per grade and requires a recommendation from the previous president, unlike typical clubs where members join freely.

Member of the fan club

The new member, Ryūkyō Saiwo, possesses the Heavenly Eye to distinguish good from evil, discovered by former president Sho Kamigasaki. Current president Minami Togashi is skilled at memory, second-year member Taro Higurashi is skilled at disguise; Although Kamigasaki had entered Hokusei University, he still frequently visited the club.

Reading and Additional Content

The visual novel section provides saving, reading, historic, and configuration functions, and can manage records from three systems separately. The collection also includes dungeon exploration and puzzle mini-games.

Production

Takiya Iijima wrote the script, Junka Ryosumi and Naochika handled character design, and the music credits were sub tonic and body. The release includes both disc and download, and the official team lists it as a work that can be completed independently.

Subsequent character connections

Saiwa, Togashi, Higurashi, and Kamigasaki later reappeared in the 2009 film "Apathy Trendy God," facing urban legends alongside characters from the Police History Compilation Office. This collaboration is another product.
