The two who met again

The boy often helps run the elderly home, which leads to missed classes and repeated a grade. He met another girl who was also repeating a grade, and the two gradually became friends. The daily life of a nursing home makes the distance between those who leave and those who remain a problem they must face.

The desire to become a doctor

The PSP version places this past in the final chapter: after Hiroshi starts dating Yoko Kusaka, he supports Yoko's wish to become a doctor, and later takes on her goal. Yoko's health changes changed their initial vision of the future.

The starting point of the rules

In other chapters of the series, special rules are passed among the patients on the seventh floor. This piece starts from earlier experiences, describing why this place and its rules were formed, predating the journey of Setsumi, Himeko, and the original work.

Different inclusion formats

The 2010 PSP game "If There Is Still Tomorrow" arranged the main game alongside the previous two chapters in a flashback order. In the 10th anniversary anthology, "Zero" is attached to the anthology as standalone DLC, with the release notes clearly centered on the origin of the seventh floor.

2010 PSP Final Chapter: Reunion After Missing Contact

After Hiroshi went to Tokyo to study medicine, he received the exchange diary returned by Yoko and lost her message. After becoming a doctor, he learns that Yoko is hospitalized in Kanazawa, rushes to meet her, and returns the diary he has been continuously writing. Yoko invites him to the rooftop to talk about the past and future, and Hiroshi chooses to stay and keep him company.

2010 PSP Final Chapter: Diary Enters the Ward

When Hiroshi applied for a position in the new Anning ward, he first left Yoko's diary and was later hired. The two used the patient's opinions in the diary to improve the ward and established rules for future succession.

2010 PSP Final Chapter: Doctor and Map

After recounting the past, Hiroshi asks to take the map from Setsumi and retrieves it in the prologue. Previously, the map was handed over to Setsumi by Himeko.

2010 PSP Final Finale: Becoming Habitable Again

In the EP 'Narcissus,' the elderly Hiroshi also becomes a patient on the seventh floor. He read the rulebook that everyone had continued to write, but did not add more, because he was one of the original rulemakers.
