Sound and Image, and Voice
The Xbox 360 supports 1280×720 and 5.1 channels, while the PS2 specs list 640×480. Both indicate all voices except the protagonist.
Opening and limited editions
The opening theme is Velforest.'s Next Relation. The limited edition includes 22 BGM tracks, a game-length version of the song, an extra track on the record, and five stereo sound dramas.
The actor's voice and tone during the reenactment
The official Q&A for PS2/Xbox 360 Next Relation in 2009 recorded two trade-offs for reenactment. When Aya Hirano played Chisa again, she re-examined how to maintain her rarely used voice, and recent experience with high-pitched roles made recording easier than before. Nana Inoue slightly changed Mahiro's way of speaking for Mahiro, who grew from 19 to 21, making the character appear older.
