Seven years after the wedding, Natsuha still hasn't left Chigura. To restore her body to its abnormal pre-growth state, Tohru continued his efforts, passing by Shigeshin on the other side of the realm, and later heading to Izumo to find Nanagabu.
In the latter part of the Izumo journey, Tooru enters the cave after the dance ends. In the wind of scolding, Hishakaku's shout stopped him from hesitating.
After Natsuha's body regained youth, Tooru entered her dreams and spoke with her while she was still asleep. He listened to Natsuha's feelings, explained his weaknesses, and chose Sumi; The two woke up together and then had dinner with their companions.

At the end of Arisu's route, Toyo Arisu chooses to leave Shigenobu Village. Before leaving, Arisu gave her favorite makeup box, and Sumi saw them off.

Several months after leaving the village, Tohru, Arisu, and the still-awakened Natsuha live in the Saitama Apartment. At the end of Arisu After, the two return to Shigenobu. After Natsuha wakes up, they hold their wedding.

In the latter part of Natsuha's route, Tohru faces a choice between Natsuha and the entire Maoshobu Village, earning a night to consider. Afterwards, he and Natsuha confessed their true feelings to each other, and their relationship was established.
《Monobeno -happy end-》 Natsuba After
In Natsuha After, Tohru and Natsuha leave Shigenobu to search for a treatment for IAGS; Natsuha is hospitalized for treatment and grows year by year. After she recovers and grows up, Tohru gives her the engagement ring, and the two become husband and wife, returning home together seven years later.
