Local cities and secret observation points

The setting is Hoshinaka City, a city in the Kanto region. Most of the old Sanxiangyue Village was submerged by reservoirs, and the remaining area was merged into the city; The passenger car next to the abandoned station in the mountains was once a place where Xiaoto and others gazed at the stars as children. Students also climb observation points along the reservoir shore to observe the night sky from less lit city areas.

Xiaodou and his astronomical partner

The protagonist, Akito Azuma, is introduced as a "member of the astronomy club who doesn't look at the stars." The story revolves around him, his childhood friend who once shared stargazing memories, and later the astronomy companions he befriended. Students belong to different schools, yet they gather under the same starry sky; Past relationships, distance, and shared activities form the interpersonal foundation at the beginning.

Astronomy and performance styles

The work is a youth-style ensemble romance adventure. According to the official description, the game uses data from the Hipparcos and Tycho-2 star catalogs to generate the starry sky, and records binaural audio in some scenes, emphasizing spatial distance and observation experience. Urban development reduces the number of visible stars at observation sites and creates concrete real-world conditions for astronomical activities.
