Leaving behind his own era
The story begins with a man who leaves his original life to fulfill his wishes. He sets aside status, wealth, and family to embark on a journey through time and space. The narrative moves from personal obsession into a longer history: eras that travelers can cross, but for those who live within them, it may be a complete lifetime.
Eight chapters and memory mode
Forever, Abandoned, Melancholy, Vivid, Innocent, Circular, Lost, and Dear can be read in the order players choose, each with a flower as the selection icon. After progressing, a remembrance mode appears, allowing you to add past events or other character perspectives in the story. Clues from different eras and locations gradually connect these short stories.
Life in a different future
Innocent involves case records in the lunar discussion agency; Melancholy questions the rain of the past from an era when weather can be controlled, while Dear describes a girl awakening alone in a sleeping city. These prerequisites place life and death, institutions, and memories on different characters. After this story, there is a side story titled "~present for you~."
The sound chosen for the opening and chapters
The opening title of this 2010 film is "Welcome to the World End ...". Chapter selection and memory mode use reverse playback and are not included in the MUSIC appreciation section.
