"Shizuku no Oto -fall into poison-" (Sound of Drop) is a suspenseful horror visual novel set at the Mantenzo Aquarium in Tokyo. Mayumi and Himeno come to the mansion to investigate legends and soon get involved in an incident related to their missing sister.

Mantian Aquarium
Manten Aquarium is located in Tokyo. Legends circulating in the museum about the water turning red on full moon nights and the appearance of the human-faced fish also hold memories left behind by past accidents.
The missing sister
Middle school students Mayumi and Himeno team up to investigate these legends, but they part ways due to an argument. They saw Mayumi's missing sister, Mari; Chasing after his sister, Mayumi trapped himself alone in the abnormal space inside the hall. She then meets a mysterious girl, and the choices she faces will affect her future.
Perspectives and branching
Players read and choose actions from Mayumi's perspective. The Steam introduction lists three main routes; The developer store further explains that there are 27 bad endings and 4 true endings. Choices affect whether the character can be rescued and what happens next.
From the original to HD remastering
The original work, 'Shizuku no Oto -sound of drop-', was released in May 2014. Fall into Poison upgrades the visuals in high definition, adding scripts, CG, and theme songs. The Steam version was published by Sekai Project, with the platform profile listed as October 30, 2015.

The script is by Akeo, character design by Koji Shio, background and interface design by Keimaru, BGM by Low, script by DaniereP, and video by Keafurii. The Steam developer section retains aiueoKompany, and the current official store is named LYCORIS.
Original soundtrack
The original soundtrack consists of 27 tracks, including game BGM, promotional video music, and the complete OP and ED performed by Kuyuri. The Steam version was released on December 4, 2015.
"Sound of Drops" includes a short version, a full 5 minutes 4 seconds, piano version, and accompaniment version; The full version of "C*U" is 4 minutes and 11 seconds long, with accompaniment. The tracklist also includes "Sound of Drop," "Aquarium," "Mari," and "Memory of an Aquarium."
