Identity and experience
After meeting Hatsumi, she started working at Yurigahama and is a reliable senior to Kaori and Nagisa. She diligently completed her nursing duties and placed great importance on her interests and fan activities.

After Nagisa was transferred to surgery, Kaori kept making mistakes. Yamanouchi, together with Director Hatsumi, reminded her to pay attention to her work attitude, making her face the nursing duties she still had to take on after her senior left.

At the beginning of the RE:Therapy Hatsumi route, she is a nurse who serves as Kaori Yamanouchi's homeroom teacher, like Sayuri. Kaori still cares for the patient and hands her the written letter to forward; Later, Sayuri tore up the letter in front of Kaori.
RE:Therapy original: Yamanouchi Route
Both patients simultaneously experience decreased consciousness; she and Hatsumi each lead a care team, and Kaori follows her instructions. After the patient's condition stabilized, she criticized Kaori for only waiting for orders and reminded Nagisa to reconsider how to guide and support her juniors.
After caring for the deceased patient's body, she invited Kaori to her room and told her she had received an invitation to debut in manga. Kaori chooses to congratulate the branch that leads to a bad ending: after Yamanouchi debuts, she leaves the dormitory, and a few months later, Kaori receives a magazine featuring her works.
