The secret of the Isolated Island Academy
Seres Academy is located at Dunamis Base, far from Tokyo. Students treat this place as a regular school, discussing the future and maintaining daily interactions, unaware that cloning research is actually taking place on the island, and that they themselves are being raised as research materials. After the unusual incident occurred, suspicion and conflict among the students quickly intensified.
Postwar cloning facilities
The war in the story is a sharp decline in population and the birth rate continues to decline. Dunamis Base was established to protect and educate war orphans, and the island's living environment mimics pre-war towns; The facility actually cultivates cloned humans and collects germ cells for use by the state-managed Cradle Bank. The external demand for healthy children conflicts with the island's students' imaginations about the future.
Five perspective characters
Takatsuki Togo values friendship but feels lost about the path after graduation; Class leader Yamato Ichika originally believed in the order she was in. Goto Manami actively approaches Togo and longs for family life. Transfer student Shijin Mao stopped growing early due to genetic abnormalities; Lu Qisheng had long noticed something suspicious on the island, but didn't tell anyone.
Ninwaga is very dependent on Ichika. In an interview, Saki Fujita mentioned that although she appears quiet on the outside, she carries trauma; The PSP bonus further showcases the changes in how the two interact.
Cycles and multiple perspectives
The game is organized with two to four choices and multiple endings, allowing you to switch protagonists as the story progresses. Different perspectives gradually supplement information within the same environment, and breaking the loop is the main goal. Read features include character voice switches, quick saves, and read rates; The recovery of the Bad Ending, including the Bad Ending, is related to the release of additional CGs.
Original console and PSP additional edition
The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions were released on September 15, 2011, and the PSP version on July 26, 2012. PSP added the story from eleven years ago in the main story and the epilogue after the ending. In interviews, the cast mentioned that the placement and tone of interaction between Ichika and Ka in the additional episode change, giving existing characters a different space to express themselves compared to the main story.
Script and limited edition radio drama
The original concept and script were by Ryoko Seki, character design by Megumi Nagahama, and producers Kazuhiro Ichikawa and Hajime Kanasugi. The PSP limited edition radio drama "Celessou wa Kokoku Kataku" also features an apartment stage managed by Ichika, allowing the actors to perform their roles in a comedic style; It is included separately from the in-game bonus chapters.
