"Widowmaker Blooming Early" is a yuri adventure game developed by 1000-REKA. Eighteen years after the fictional virus crisis, Hana Sasamori in Sapporo faces a love she cannot express openly and is trapped in the endless cycle of March.

Relationships before graduation
The story is set at the private Naeshiro High School, where Hana to Shu is about to end their high school life. Hana likes trees but feels she cannot bring happiness to others, so she hesitates as graduation approaches. The social background of the story stems from the fictional CLII virus, which caused mass deaths among minors, a period of history that changed the environment in which the characters lived.
Proactively seek out disagreements
The game does not pop up common options directly at each branch. Players need to find keywords in the plot and actively enter them at the corresponding locations to try to change a conversation or event that has already occurred. The time loop works with the input mechanism, making rereading a process of seeking new possibilities.
Performance and production
The work comes with flowcharts for easy tracking of read events and disagreements, and features full voice and Live2D representation. Shark Fin participated in the original concept and art, with mirai works publishing the Steam version. Various additional stories in the later store are provided separately, and not all DLC content or endings can be directly included in the original version.
Family, classmates, and teachers
Hana is cared for by her father Ikuwa and her older sister Rei, and her late mother's younger sister Maya, who also confides in her. Ao and Ai are old neighbors; Kakizaki and Sakurai often work together, and health teacher Igarashi listens to students' troubles; These relationships together form the daily routine before graduation.
Theme song and subsequent versions
Izuki Mizuminato sings 'Transparent Sprout' and 'Little Silshi', both included in her KOE album. According to the official website, the Steam version was released on October 24, 2023; The Switch version, scheduled for release on October 29, 2026, will include all additional stories and a new epilogue.
