"Summer Beyond" is a complete version remade with Unity based on the 2022 free version, adding content. Both works retain a common main storyline.

Common content and new additions
Beyond incorporates continuously updated characters and stories from the original, adding an additional character, related storylines, multiple CGs, and music. The author explains that the main storyline and existing game systems are retained.
Input and language
The original version relied on keyboard commands, while Beyond added a controller to select commands while retaining text input. Currently, the Steam content lists Japanese as the original language; beyond is available in Japanese, Simplified, and Traditional Chinese.
Musical version
Beyond replaced some of the soundtrack and added songs performed by Shiki. It features 24 tracks sold separately, including 'Natsu no Kanata' and 'Natsu ni Farere.'
