The owner is Kohei Izumi, whom acquaintances call Izumin. The shop provides a place for different people to meet and communicate daily.
2017 Game: Character Route
The café becomes the location for discussing countermeasures and being attacked in the characters' route. Members of the Lucky Gods Society surrounded Yuta and the others here; Kiriko's route loses Miyuuha, while the other two character routes lose Kiriko. Escaping the café also failed to immediately shake off the pursuers.
Yuta returns to the café to retrieve the lost 'Bottom of the Dark Water.' During Miyuha and Kiriko's route, he is attacked again by Izumi and others until Asuna and the police arrive and Izumi is arrested. Morizuka then deduced a recovery method here, and everyone moved to Inokashira Park.
2017 Game: Arcana Dream
After Izumi was arrested, Blumun shut down. At the end of Miyuuha's route, she still comes back here repeatedly, as if Sarai and Kiriko will come again, while Yuta continues to accompany her.
2017 Game: Ghost Double
In the ending of Ghost Double, everyone except Yuta gathers again in Blumun to talk. They couldn't see Yuta, who was watching the gathering from the sidelines.
