A character who repeatedly appears during the Ikebukuro incident by forcing Tsukasa to commit crimes while wearing a mask.
Characters and relationships
Officially listed as a poisoned user of the World Poison, appears when Tsukasa tries to leave the World System. He sets conditions for Tsukasa and Kanako to harm others, but his true identity and ultimate purpose are not disclosed on his character page.
Threat
As Tsukasa was about to leave, he approached him and demanded that he trade crime for survival. Based on this, Kanako proposed a joint plan, forcing Tsukasa's escape route to change.
Chapter Three
He intervenes again in the operation against Minazuki, causing Tsukasa to flee. Its identity, true purpose, and final outcome are not addressed in the three chapters of the Read Disclosure.
