Reading materials and singing direction
Uesugi first receives game information, feeling sorrow from the protagonist's situation, and also expresses sadness in the cheerful tune; This made her see singing as a challenge to express delicate emotions and to try something different from her usual strong vocal style.
During the recording, she received gentler guidance, restraining her usual forward singing style to make her voice resonate with the character's mood. She believes this adjustment has brought her satisfying singing and no longer relies solely on strength for expression.
