Origin of the collaboration and cover concept
Shuangyue reunites with her university classmate, learns that she has joined Broccoli, and promises to cooperate in the future. After transferring to the music department, the other party brought a song invitation for "H2O," which later expanded into this anthology.
The new song of the same name was written during the ten-year period when Shuangyue began composing. She focused on expressing gratitude to partners, clients, and listeners, and continuing her musical activities.
After the title was decided, Shuangyue suggested to BUNBUN the direction of the cover for looking up at the starry sky with her companions during the journey; The companion being depicted as an orc is the artist's way of extending this requirement.
On-site recording of the song of the same name
In 2011, during the recording of her new self-titled song, Shuangyue borrowed a large recording studio to perform and perform alongside her usual live band, changing the usual separate recording style. She believes this sense of collaborative music aligns with the concept of the piece.
During recording, glow sticks were used to connect constellation imagery to create a concert atmosphere.
