The stance represented by vampires
Anna values the vampires' interests and harbors distrust toward humans. She maintains a youthful appearance through her abilities, but her recovery ability has declined, requiring a wheelchair and regular check-ups by Tsuki Sen.
Azusa's grandmother
Azusa's storyline reveals the grandparent-granddaughter relationship between Anna and Azusa: Azusa is a human-vampire hybrid, and Anna is her grandmother.
Azusa Route (2012 main story)
The disciplinary class learns that someone is planning to kidnap Anna. Azusa suggests hiding Anna in the dormitory, where Anna takes refuge.
After Sayo disappeared, Anna temporarily took over as mayor and gathered vampires who intended to fight humanity. She summoned Yuto and Azusa; After Yuto was restrained by Motoki, Anna released him again.
When the hunter broke into the gathering, Anna blocked the exorcism bullet for Motoki. Afterwards, Azusa holds her hand, and Anna dies in this scene.
