In the story of the Kochi mountain village, humans and monsters live together.
Villages and Sacrifices
The village is far from other settlements and has a local belief called the Himemiya school. Natsumatsuri's face dance recounts the past between Seven Cheeks and humans, and Natsuha's abnormality begins that night.
Village life
Remote villages preserve daily activities such as farming, mountain and water facilities, and festivals, where humans and yokai jointly care for the children. Six years after leaving the village, Tou returns to her hometown with her sister.
《Monobeno -happy end-》 - Alice route
At the end of Arisu's route, Toyo Arisu chooses to leave Shigenobu Village. Before leaving the village, Arisu gives her favorite makeup box to Chima, and Sumi sees them off.
《ものべの -happy end-》・ありすAfter
Alice After begins her life in the Saitama apartment after leaving the village. Later, Tohru and Arisu return to Shigenobu, and Natsuha wakes up in the latter part, and the two hold their wedding in this ending.
《Monobeno -happy end-》 Natsuba After
In Natsuha After, Tohru and Natsuha leave Shigenobu, searching for treatments and hospitalization respectively. After her illness was cured, Natsuha became an adult, and she married Tooru. Seven years later, the two returned to their hometown.
