Small teams develop division of labor
The four members of Minato Soft early were responsible for management and scriptwriting, two handled coloring, one wrote the script, and the rest relied on external collaboration. Takahiro recalled that the 30-ampere office required coordinating appliance usage and handling communication, image outsourcing, and script numbering himself.
Packaging outsourcing and preparation of recording scripts
Takahiro recalls the early development of Minatosoft and said that the instruction manual and packaging production were handed over to external partners with long-term partners. He listed this as a task he could not handle independently and required external professional assistance. During production, besides writing scripts, image contracting, and managing operations, he sometimes carried scripts needed for subsequent recording, sorting and organizing them during the ride.
