The campus on festival night
The school is located in the woods near the town, and the festival is filled with strange tales about people dying abnormally. When the sun set, the five students found themselves unable to leave like the others. The incident begins with the question of "Was it just a chance trap?" gradually uncovering the school's legends and the secrets of each student.
The distance between the five people
Yasunari may seem rough, but in reality is willing to take responsibility, yet often overlooks details. Childhood friend Ayana is gentle and has lost memories from before elementary school; Rio, the silver-haired girl, remained calm and refused to let others inquire about her life. Junior Sumika gets along well with Yasunari, but he can't remember how he first met her. Her friend Itsuki is deeply interested in school ghost stories and the Hakoniwa Festival.
Narrative and audiovisual experience
The game features multiple endings, with memory gaps and unrevealing experiences forming important parts of the investigation. Riko Fukurie is responsible for the original artwork, and the opening song 'Miniature Garden' is performed by Nakoto Kanade. The main characters are voiced, with Rio, Ayana, Sumika, and Itsuki voiced by Rina Hidaka, Manami Numakura, Sora Tokui, and Tetsuya Kakihara, respectively.
The interaction of the five people
Yasunari and Ayana have known each other since childhood and were high school friends with the cheerful Itsuki. Sumika is the only first-year student among the five, and their first meeting left Yasunari unable to remember; Rio's calmness, private secrets, and special aesthetic taste make him start to care about her on the eve of the school festival.
Amnesia and the school festival
Ayana has lost memories from before elementary school and has a slight fear of dolls. Itsuki enrolled because of the Seven Great Mysteries and the school festival. At the triennial festival, rumors of unnatural deaths occurred. When the five were unable to leave the campus, their questions intertwined.
