Story summary

In the near future, sea levels are rising rapidly, flooding vast amounts of land. Xia Sheng lost a leg in a childhood accident and later moved to a seaside town. To repay the debt left by his grandmother, he and Catherine dive into the underwater warehouse to search for the inheritance and rescue the sleeping Atolie.

Atori

Atori is a robot with a human-like appearance and rich emotions. She hopes to fulfill the orders left by her former master, staying by Natsuki's side during this time to help with his daily life.

A life changed by seawater

The world's sea levels are rising rapidly for unknown reasons, and most of the land is submerged beneath the sea. Natsuki Ikaruga lost his mother and right foot in a childhood accident, attended an elite school in the city, and later moved to the seaside town where his grandmother once lived. The ship, submarine, and debts left behind by his grandmother lead Xia Sheng to search for a sunken legacy at the bottom of the sea, in exchange for expensive robotic prosthetics.

Retrieve Atoly

Natsuki and Katherine, who claimed to be a debt collector, went to the underwater warehouse and found the sleeping robot girl Atoli inside a coffin-like device. Her structure is so intricate it resembles a human, capable of expressing rich emotions, but she has lost some memories due to prolonged sleep. Atori proposed staying by Natsuki's side and becoming his "leg" until completing the orders left by the previous master.

Relationships among the townspeople

Natsu Sheng reconnects with school life in the small town, and his childhood friend Shiramizu Nana hopes he will return to school; Local youth Ryuji Nojima discussed salvage operations with Natsuki. Catherine proposes an underwater treasure hunt under the pretext of recovering her grandmother's debt, keeping her identity mysterious. Restore the school's power supply to a shared life

After arriving at the half-sunken school, Xia Sheng met Ryuuji and Rinrinka, and used his research knowledge to build a miniature eddy current generator, restoring power to the campus. Catherine also returned to her teaching duties. Living with partners and illuminating the town, Xia Sheng faces research goals he had previously abandoned.

Previous owner, recall incident, and log

[Game Plot Spoilers] Atri's previous master was Natsuki's mother, Shina Yachigusa. Thirty-one years ago, she injured Shina, who was being bullied, and was recalled from the same robot, dealing a blow to the business of manufacturing Dr. Konishi Kyusaku. Later, Xia Sheng saw her journal and thought their previous intimacy was just a calculation, asking her to stop showing her emotions; The shadow of past accidents and this order plunged their relationship into crisis.

Tunnel rescue and rooftop divergence

[Game Ending Spoilers] In the tunnel accident eight years ago, Shina ordered Atri to rescue Natsuki on her deathbed and made him her new master. Now, Konishi's student Yasuda seeks revenge on Atri. In Bad End, Natsuki failed to stop her in time, and after hurting Yasuda, she felt guilty and fell, losing her memory; At Good End, Natsu arrives, acknowledges her true feelings, and the two complete their final mission.

Eden's dormancy is sixty years later

[Good/True End Spoilers] Eden is an artificial floating island left by his grandmother. In Good End, Atri enters the control room to sleep and manage the floating island, while Natsuki and her partners watch the rocket launch developed by her father Souji on her scheduled shutdown day. True End Sixty Years Forward: Natsuki marries Moe Mizuna, Ryuji becomes Noah's first mayor, and Rinrika becomes an energy expert. Eden's mission ends and will sink the next day. Xia Sheng connects his consciousness to the network and spends his last day with the sleeping Atri.

The reason behind Naonko and Natsuki's leave of absence

[Game Plot Spoilers] Natsuki's grandmother is named Otoko Yachigusa, a marine geologist. Xia Sheng once entered the city academy with the goal of saving the Earth, excelling academically but gradually looking down on classmates and teachers; After his father's tuition payments were cut off, he was rejected, his grades dropped, and he took a leave of absence to return to his grandmother's small town. Naonko has passed away, and the ship, submarine, and underwater warehouse left behind become the starting point for his search for funds to repay debts and prosthetics. Linlinhua from the elementary school reads at night using the small light bulb of the experimental generator, prompting him to draw power supply design diagrams; Ryuuji, who originally disliked him, joined after seeing the design, and the students also participated in the production.

Unlocking positive endings, BAD, and TRUE

[Game Strategy Spoilers] The three choices depend on whether to leave Atri, whether to kiss, and whether to pick up the shoes. Choosing to leave her, kiss, and pick up the shoes leads to the positive endings called END1/GOOD/NORMAL as described in the guide; If you keep the first two items and don't pick up your shoes, you can enter END2/BAD. After both endings are completed, the title menu opens with TRUE; There are no new choices in the TRUE chapter. Both strategies are suitable for PC, Switch, and mobile versions.

In 2021, the three platforms were ported

ATRI -My Dear Moments- was released on December 16, 2021 for Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android, with porting, development, and sales handled by iMel Inc. The publisher has made it clear that the content of this story remains unchanged from the PC version.

The starting point for the robot and submarine project

The early concept for ATRI was formed through discussions between Asta Konno and producer Hiroki Shimada. The idea for the robot came from Shimada, while the submarine was proposed by Konno.

Adjustments to everyday descriptions

Asta Konno felt that short stories and everyday stories were hard to resonate, so he attempted a crying style for the first time in ATRI. During writing, unfamiliar with the genre's context, he shifted toward a direction closer to his own style.

Display of song titles and save scene names

In the original game, the song title can be displayed in the corner of the screen during BGM changes, and the display seconds can be adjusted. The save data will also display the current scene name.

School division of labor and underwater material gathering

Natsuki teaches elementary school students at Mizunamo's request. Catherine later took charge of school teaching, while Natsuki taught high school students like Moe Mizuna and Ryuuji; Natsuki, Atory, and Ryuuji also accept the townspeople's commission to salvage items sunk to the seabed. Materials needed for the school's power generation were retrieved from the processing plant that had been flooded by the Ryuji family.

School events and the final power supply

Yasuda used Atory's old injury incident to prevent Catherine from entering the school, but when Ryuuji was absent, he entered and demanded she come alone. Linlinhua first informed Atoli, then went to find Natsuki. In the final phase, Xia Sheng lays cables between Eden and the town, sending electricity from the island into the town.

Invitations and image and performance teams

ATRI became Asta's first project after joining Frontwing. Image management is handled by Makura, with SCA-ji recommending Yusano and organizing senior staff for support; Yow is responsible for the overall performance, emphasizing the presentation of the worldview and sound.
