In an interview published in October 2024, Mutsumi Tamura recalled that in spring 2023, she was invited to perform Hiruko in 'Song of Sowing.' After receiving the character list and script, she read the materials and prepared the character images accordingly.
When Tamura portrayed Hiruko in "The Song of Sowing," he portrayed the character's inner anger and sadness, shifting between mildness and rage. In the recording, the harsh scenes were required to be more intense and entangled than she originally imagined; She recalled that Kazuki often made such requests, which needed to be different from simply angry acting.
Before recording "Song of Sowing," Tamura would memorize subsequent scenes and lines in his mind, then consider how the current lines connected to later plot developments. She recalled that emotions would surge when thinking about these connections, and the actual recording was paused several times as a result.
Recognizes Misuzu's childhood voice
When Mutsumi Tamura watched the young Misuzu's scene, she initially thought the producers had hired a new child star. After paying attention to the lines, she realized she was still an adult actor and was surprised to learn that the childhood voice was also performed by Minami Iinuma.
