Thematic reading and recording guidance
Yuki Fujisaki first receives the theme of cause and effect and unattainable love, then reads Chapter Five and writes the lyrics. The recording director used rhythmic accents and breath-based singing techniques to help her express her emotions.
The title and the conflict within love
After reading the script, Yuisu Fujisaki wanted the title to carry a sense of madness, choosing "Lunatic Blade," which she felt sounded appropriate; The imagery of the title is also associated with Consort Chun's search for a lover, traveling between the present and the past.
She made the lyrics, which seem like love songs on the surface, contain emotions that coexist with both love and destructive desire.
