Annual rearrangements and recordings
Kogado considered producing a new theme song for the anniversary project and ultimately decided to keep "UP TO ME!!" 》。 The producers wanted to continue the connection between old players recalling the game when they hear the song and to leave a lasting impression for new players, so they invited Sakura Nogawa to continue singing and commissioned YOFFY to reorganize the song.
YOFFY believes the original arrangement is relatively simple, while the anniversary edition centers on heavy drum sounds, emphasizing the guitar's rock direction. He personally completed the guitar playing, note sequence, mixing, and mastering during this production.
Sakura Nogawa re-recorded the song in her familiar studio. She recalled that YOFFY provided meticulous guidance during recording, and the familiar production staff allowed her to perform in a joyful atmosphere.
YOFFY said that the roughly 100-second game size is difficult to fully capture the flow of time, so they tried to fill this gap in the full arrangement; The full version is included on the first edition soundtrack CD of the anniversary set.
