The girl and the strangeness on the island
On the island, a creature called the Kogori Oni appears, and people's intense longing affects their form. Mimei uses her precognitive ability to see the future to hunt down the supernatural, but cannot see through Yato; She once fought him and later relied on his help on a strange island.
Islanders and the transmission tower
Besides the two central characters, the story also depicts Soichiro and Kyoko, who have backgrounds in the Oni-Sealing family, as well as Hana and her mother Nagi, who take in Mimei. The recent construction of a power transmission tower juxtaposed with the island's anomaly became a clue to her understanding of this land.
Length and reading format
The work does not choose branches; the author provides a reference reading time of about three hours. Interspersed with short stories from other characters between the two main characters' narrations, you can revisit images and videos in Extra after completion.
The author's production approach
In the Vector creation notes, Shiba Satomi mentioned that she hopes to use game tools to organize text and images into a complete work, and to ensure that necessary setting explanations do not interrupt the narrative. The game uses Jirijiri 2/KAG3, and the original release page lists the system environment as the 2007 Windows platform.
Islanders and investigators
Soichiro of the Yashiro family heard of the appearance of the Kogori Demon and returned to the island after a year; Kyoko from the Torii family tried to hunt them down alone. Mimei stays at the Hana Yonagi household; young Hana helps with household chores, while her mother Nagi handles the ferry procession. Tetsu from the main island investigates the history of abandoned outlying islands and transmission towers.
Reading Format and Revision
The entire film is about three hours long, with no options, and is produced using the Jirigiri 2/KAG3. The author recorded the first public release on February 17, 2007, followed by three patches to correct typos, and the download page is listed in version 1.05.
