A cat photography club with only two members

Xiomi Academy is vast and has many students, yet there is a cat photography club on campus with only two members. Kirishima Yoshikazu's childhood friend, Nozomi Toki, photographed cats in the club and worked hard to keep up the activities. The story begins with Sakuya Fujimiya, a childhood friend from the same hometown who is one year younger than Hikei, joining the two; After she joined, the originally quiet club welcomed new members and more filming plans.

Kei, Nozomi Yosakuya

Qing is one of the club members, familiar with the daily life of the campus and photography club; Nozomi has known him since childhood and serves as the other half of club activities; Sakuya joins the two with the closeness of a childhood friend reunited. The three of them spend time together around cats, photography, and club activities, growing closer through daily collaboration. August positions this work as a spin-off story of The Shepherd of the Great Library, focusing on the daily life of this new group on campus.

Short campus ADV

The work presents club activities and character interactions in the form of a literary adventure, with an overall scale lighter than the main storyline. The photography club's goal is to give the characters a reason to act together: searching for cats, taking photos, planning activities, and also showcasing the three characters' different personalities through shared interests. It is not a sequel to the main storyline of "The Shepherd of the Great Library," nor does it revolve around the Book Department or the "Shepherd" legend; Understanding the main world helps with the school's background, but this story can be read as a standalone short story.

Derivative relationships and issuance

August released the Windows version of 'After School Tail Days' on August 10, 2013. It is a spin-off story of "The Shepherd of the Great Library," set in the same Shiomi Academy and timeline, allowing readers to enter this short story even without reading the main storyline. The 2014 film "Dreaming Sheep" also depicts the sequel to the two female leads of this film.

Families and relationships with fellow townsmen

Nozomi grew up in a strict family and was used to taking the lead among her peers, but she was not good at seeking help; Sakuya's family runs an old inn, and she almost runs away to Ximi Academy. Sakuya's housework skills came from home training, and the three used to play together in their hometown. Kei and Nozomi originally didn't even have a clubroom, but after Sakuya joined, the photography club finally got a third partner.

Reading function and voice

This game retains the main game engine, supporting text and scene rewind, pause, and different screen aspect ratios, and is compatible with mouse, keyboard, and controller. The voice range includes characters other than the protagonist, with familiar characters appearing as cameo characters in the main story.

General sales and joint records

After C84 was first sold as merchandise, the work was sold for general sale on September 27, 2013, and re-released on January 31, 2014. The joint soundtrack CD released on August 16, 2014, compiles 'Dreaming Sheep' and new music from this album, totaling 12 tracks, including three vocal tracks and newly arranged tracks.
