At the advance screening of 'Tears to Tiara' on March 28, 2009, three audience surveys mentioned Makoto Ishii's original rap on the radio, prompting him to perform a rap based on this song on stage. After the event was originally scheduled to end, the audience requested a reenactment, so he performed again to conclude the event.
At the same event, Makoto Ishii summed up his performance of Arsar as "hot." He not only values the characters' consistently maintained passion, but also pays special attention to the strong emotions conveyed through the relationships between characters in the story.
