Content and inclusion
The official AUGUST digital catalog includes 67 tracks, with complete vocal tracks, two short tracks, and a final section arranged separately.
A remake of five physical discs
AUGUST's 2011 event notes listed the physical soundtrack as a five-disc set, explicitly stating that Active Planets would personally remaster the entire track and handle compressed audio previously used for the game.
Venue sales and brochure production in advance
The C80 product page lists the original sound as a pre-release product for in-store sale, along with a booklet featuring active planets reviews and a mini poster illustration on the cover.
The composer's harmonic conception
Sumiisan, in the original soundtrack album of 'Eustia of the Corrupted Wings,' explains that the score follows classical harmonies and unfolds the melody simultaneously using counterpoint. He connected it to the early scripts commonly used when the sound parts of FC and FM sources were limited, explaining why this structure might feel familiar to game listeners.
