The imagery of the deep sea in winter
Asaka interprets this grand ballad as a deep winter sea, contrasting with the summer night sky of "Eternal Star."
Echoes another ED
She explained that the music videos for the two songs are interconnected: the day-night alternation of "Eternal Star" echoes the nighttime world of "Marine SNOW." The lyrics, music, and arrangement of the song are all credited to Haggy Rock, and the official event review lists it as one of the two ending themes for the anime.
The initial attempt at performance
Asaka originally wanted the opening to have a sense of ethereal and ethereal, but during recording, she found her voice and state hard to keep up with at first, making her singing more energetic. She saw how to convey the heaviness in the lyrics as a challenge for this recording.
The emotional layers of the chorus
She didn't release all her emotions from the very first chorus, but instead held back, letting the song unfold gradually and leaving stronger feelings for the final chorus.
