Wataru reviewed and extensively rewrote the script for the 2023 game "The End," repeatedly drafting from the conception stage. The mutually inseparable structure of Yukino and Yui's routes was also established during conception.

Script production for 'Home Has a Girlfriend.'
After Wataru was assigned to host the number of episodes in "Home with a Girlfriend," he wrote the first draft based on Tatsuya Takahashi's overall structure and then participated in the all-staff script meeting. Takahashi originally planned to write the opening and ending himself, and leave the middle part to him and Wang Quesun; Wataru voluntarily applied for the episode because of conflicts reminiscing about Haruna's student days.
Wataru first transcribed the dialogue, setting, and panel order of "Home Has a Girlfriend" into text similar to a novel, then studied the omissions and emphasis in Takahashi's prologue manuscript to determine his own writing style. He also read lines according to the actors' envisioned voices and adjusted the script using the rhythm of the original spoken language.
