Organization
The introduction in VOL.02 states that the club admits only one person per grade, and membership requires a recommendation from the previous president. The current president Minami Togashi, second-year Taro Higurashi, and new member Takayasu Saiwo made up the student members at the time, while former president Sho Kangasaki still visits.
External activities
The website collects and investigates urban legends, gaining followers online. In 'Apathy Trendsetter,' these students and the police history compilation office face strange incidents together, connecting two series of characters.
