Understanding the Moonlit Night from the Weak Point
Rumi Okubo said that Totsukiyo's personality is the opposite of her own, and at first, she needed to find a way to get into character. She then explored the character's human weaknesses revealed beyond popularity and beauty, noting the coexistence of persistence and inner frankness; These insights helped her grasp the character's emotions, rather than just portraying a cold and striking appearance.
