"Seven Kill" is a suspense visual novel developed by the Octopus Can Production team, released on Steam on September 14, 2018. Seven women gather at a mountain villa when heavy rain cuts off external contact, leading to a case linked to Tong Yao.

A closed villa
College student Li Lisi invited friends to a mountain villa for a trip, but the harsh weather turned the gathering into a place where she was cut off from the outside world. The number of people, nursery rhymes, and successive events form the reasoning thread, and the characters' differing views on supernatural forces also influence the understanding of the case.
People at the gathering
Li Lisi loves sports; Shangguan Qian'er loves movies and cares about Juliet, who follows ACGN. The two 12-year-old characters are Li Yu, who loves painting, and Luo Luo, who works on fan art and cosplay. Xia Lan is 26 years old and enjoys writing. Participants are of varying ages.
Reality and illusion
At the beginning of Chapter Five, you can choose between "real" or "illusory": the former leads to scientific explanation, the latter retains magical explanation. The developers listed both interpretations side by side as branching endings, and hinted that after Chapter 5, the story is non-detective.
