A detailed review of the production of animation, stage performances, and records
After seeing FROGMAN's work, manzo left a message on FROGMAN's official website expressing his willingness to collaborate, and soon after, the collaboration began. "The Secret Society Eagle Claw" became his first television animation score work.
When creating parody scores for the series, he preserves the recognizable atmosphere of the original music while controlling the degree of borrowing. The song internally called "Final Attack" was originally used in episode 11 of the first season, and later frequently used for the final battle, with about three reproductions.
When creating "Mizonokuchi Sun Tribe," he conceived melodies and performances based on childhood songs, enka (Japanese enka), and postwar songs from his parents' generation, repeatedly drawing inspiration from Mizonokuchi and revising the lyrics multiple times.
After hearing the song, Shatoner Nishida invited him to participate in the stage play 'Yowamushi Pedal,' marking his first stage music work.
In "Miss Kuroizu from the Monster Development Department," he composed a song for the izakaya scene in the style of Takao Horiuchi, personally adding vocals.
Produced the 2007 film 'Ten Thousand Z.' When it came to 'Best,' he was reluctant to simply compile old tracks and remake the master tapes, striving to delay the release. Modifications mainly involve remixing, with re-recording or correcting uneven performances for each piece.
The original and 2007 versions of the 'Nippon Break Industry Company Song' are placed at the beginning and end of the album. The 2007 version replaced the original lines with a guitar solo, ultimately featuring his own performance, with most of the singing and performance re-recorded.
"Fly!" 'Usa Rider' and '21st Century Motorway Star' were not re-recorded but remixed. The former also modified the drum rhythm and introduction, referencing recordings of 1970s ballads.
Early music studies
Manzo recalls that he started learning guitar at age 4; During his student days, he joined a jazz research club and regarded this experience as part of his creative background.
