Identity and romance
Joji is a junior of the Ushiromiya family, while Shane works at the family residence. Their relationship faces a gap in status. Alongside this is Zhu Zhixiang's interactions with Jiayin; Zhu Zhixiang is the daughter of the island master, and Jiayin is also a young servant.
The witch's intervention
The story places Beatrice as both a witness and intervener in these relationships. After October's family gathering returns, the promises between lovers intertwine with events on the island, and the magical narrative and character motivations begin to clash more directly.
Peers and families
Jouji's parents are Eiha and Hideyoshi, and he has already been involved in his father's career. Zhu Zhixiang is the daughter of Cangjiu and Xiafei, and is tired of the family's restrictions on the heir. These family backgrounds create different obstacles for each of the two relationships.

After an injured visitor with the appearance of Jiayin was brought into the servants' quarters, Genji paused reporting to Lou Za. Shaon took a handkerchief stained with spider webs to test it; When attacked, Genji pulled her away and fought back with Xiangtian. The performance concluded with Genji receiving the handkerchief and the visitor transforming into a butterfly.

While searching for the mirror, the three are attacked by the witch's side in Summer Fei's room. Gouda pressed against the door, Joji found the mirror, and Shaon activated a barrier to resist; After the confrontation continued, she apologized to Joji and admitted she could no longer hold on.
