The 63rd Galaxy Tournament
The setting is the year 2562 AD. Ships equipped with faster-than-light engines compete in interstellar races, with pilots chasing prize money and attracting spectators to place bets. The largest event, The Galaxy Grand Prix, departs from Earth and returns after passing seven checkpoints. The story begins when the 63rd edition is about to set sail from Earthport.
Nike and Athena
Nike was the champion of the previous Galactic Ring Race and served in the Galactic Empire's Space Force. While serving as a bodyguard, he met the first princess, Athena, but their relationship was rejected due to their social status, and he later left the military. Athena prepares to travel to Earth as a guest for the event, and the kidnapping incident once again draws Nike into a crisis related to her.
Companions on the spaceship
Co-pilot Miho Suzu has telepathic abilities and not only assists with piloting but also takes care of daily affairs on board. She often quarrels with the frivolous Nike, but faces the risks of the journey together. The onboard computer SDC also participates in conversations and missions, acting as an operational partner beyond the pilot's partner.
Directive and investigation
Players choose actions through text commands. During the voyage, you will encounter dangerous situations, and upon arriving on the planet, there will be exploration missions. Some scenarios use oxygen and other conditions to restrict your movements. Multi-window screens simultaneously organize character expressions, messages, and options, allowing onboard conversations and external actions to alternate.
Save and start over
The manual introduces five manual save locations, which are automatically saved when a checkpoint is reached or a specific node is completed. If you fail, you can restart from the current scene without relying solely on manual recording. Additional modes also include image and music appreciation.
Manufacturing and Machine Types
